AAA Division CCL Local Rules To be updated for 2010
Tryouts are required, a player draft is used to determine teams
The AAA division (a minors division) is for players league ages, 9-11. The AAA division has exclusive pitching by players while continuing to develop playing skills in a more competitive environment than AA. The AAA division does participate in interleague play against other leagues in the area. Standings are kept during the regular season. A tournament seeded by regular season results takes place at the end of the season. There is a Five (5) run maximum per inning and a rolling (sequential) batting order will be utilized. All new and returning players 9 and above interested in playing this division must tryout. Team placement is by player draft. It is possible that a player may be asked to fill open roster spots on a Majors team during the season---refusal to move up when invited may affect future opportunity invitations if/when another opening occurs.
