T-Ball "T-Ball" is for players league age 5 and also 6 with less than 2 years of playing experience. T-ball provides a player with fundamental skills and knowledge of the rules, as well as a love for the game. Sportsmanship, integrity, hard work and fun are emphasized. Focus is on the fundamentals, while enhancing development of hand-eye coordination (hitting of live coach pitching). A Tee will be used for instructional and game purposes most of the season. Coach pitch will be introduced later in the season for more advanced players and be increasingly incorporated as all players' skills advance. After three strikes (swinging) in a coach pitch situation, player will be given the option to use a Tee to facilitate putting the ball in play. Scores and Standings will not be kept. Questions? TEAMS WITH APPROVED PRACTICE TIMES/LOCATIONS HAVE PRIORITY AT ALL TIMES. PRACTICES HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM LEAGUE SCHEDULERS.
